After purchase of this service, you will receive an email form where you can provide initial information on how you would like your item to shape up. Our artists then create a prototype design image for your review, you may continue to provide feedback, and the cycle will continue until you are happy with the design.

Optionally, you can also schedule a pair of 20 minute virtual design consultations with our artists. You will be able to see your product being designed live on your screen and you can provide real-time feedback through your preference of either text chat or voice. For the privacy of you and our artists, we do not support video during the design session.

When you are fully satisfied with your design, our team will hand craft your item exclusively for your enjoyment and ship to you discreetly.
